家族性腺腫性ポリポーシス

上皮の腺腫から形成されるポリポーシスで、常染色体優性遺伝でAPC欠損による。
20-30代に好発。主に大腸に病変があり、血便が見られる。大腸がんになることが非常に多いため全大腸切除する。
