慢性硬膜下血腫(chronic subdural hematoma)

≪病態≫

軽微な頭部外傷による微量硬膜下出血。

≪疫学≫

アルコール多飲者、高齢者に多い。

≪症状≫

片麻痺、記銘力障害、意識障害。（高齢者は脳萎縮がみられるため、頭蓋内圧亢進症状が出にくい）

≪検査≫

頭部CTにてlow densityもしくはiso densityの血腫

≪治療≫

穿頭し、血腫の除去、ドレナージを行う。
